If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Billing occurs on the date specified in your agreement

• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We may suspend service for non-payment after notice

13. Service Availability

VoiceCenter aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
