Standard integration is included in all plans at no extra cost. Complex customizations or legacy system integrations may require additional professional services, which are quoted separately based on your specific requirements.

Security & Compliance

All communications are encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 encryption. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Guest data is never stored longer than necessary for service delivery and is automatically purged according to your data retention policies.

We operate data centers in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to ensure low latency and data sovereignty compliance. You can choose which region hosts your data, and we never transfer data across regions without explicit consent.

Call recording is optional and fully controlled by you. When enabled, all recordings are encrypted and stored securely with automatic deletion after your specified retention period. Guests are always notified when calls are being recorded.
