Service Agreement

By using VoiceCenter.ai services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our AI-powered voice communication platform is designed exclusively for business use by hotels and hospitality providers.

Service Description

VoiceCenter.ai provides:

  • AI-powered voice agents for hotel phone systems
  • Multilingual customer service automation
  • Call analytics and reporting tools
  • Integration with existing hotel management systems
  • 24/7 technical support and monitoring

Acceptable Use

Our services are intended for legitimate hospitality business purposes only. Prohibited uses include:

  • Illegal activities or regulatory violations
  • Harassment or discriminatory practices
  • Unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Service disruption or interference
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

Data and Privacy

Your data handling responsibilities and our commitments:

  • You retain ownership of all guest and business data
  • We process data only as necessary to provide services
  • All data is encrypted and secured according to industry standards
  • Data retention and deletion according to your policies
  • Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy laws

Service Level Agreement

We commit to:

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee with service credits for downtime
  • Response times under 200ms for voice processing
  • 24/7 technical support with guaranteed response times
  • Regular system updates and security patches
  • Data backup and disaster recovery procedures

Limitation of Liability

VoiceCenter.ai's liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you will have 90 days to export your data before permanent deletion. All fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
